PCSX-Reloaded (Windows) with Wine
Part 3: Configuring PCSX-R (Windows)
Before going over some PCSXR GPU plugin settings that will improve the graphics of PlayStation games on your Mac, there are a few things to set up first.
Setting up the PlayStation Bios
PCSX-Reloaded for Mac and for Windows use the same PlayStation Bios, if you've already legally dumped the PS1 bios to your computer, you don't need to do it again.*
To begin seting up the PS1 bios for PCSX-Reloaded (Windows), open PCSX-Reloaded (Windows) and click the "Configuration" menu item and select "Plugins & Bios..." to open the configuration window:

Click the "Set Bios Directory" button, and navigate to "~/Library/Application Support/Pcsx/Bios"

Setting up Plugins, Memory Card and Save State directories
Plugins
To set up the Plugins directory, simply click the "Set Plugins Directory" button in the "Plugins & Bios..." Configuration window (see photos above) and navigate to "/Applications/PCSX-Reloaded Windows/plugins":

Once your plugin directory is set, PCSX-Reloaded (Windows) will automatically select sound, controller, and CD plugins.
Memory Cards
You can configure PCSX-Reloaded (Windows) to use new memory cards, and if you want, you can use existing memory cards from PCSX-Reloaded for Mac!
To do this, select "Memory Cards" from the "Configuration" PCSX-Reloaded (Windows) menu option, click the "Select Mcd" button at the bottom, navigate to "~/Library/Application Support/Pcsx/Memory Cards", and click the "Open" button.
If you prefer to use new memory cards, navigate to "/Applications/PCSX-Reloaded Windows/memcards" and click the "Open" button:

Savestates
Savestates work out of the box.
- To save a state, press the escape key while in game, then in the PCSXR window, select Emulator -> States -> Save, and choose which state you'd like to save in
- To load a state, follow the same instructions, but choose "Load" and select the state you'd like to load.
