The free office suite

OpenOffice.org (often called 'OpenOffice') is a completely free ($0) alternative to paid office suites such as Microsoft Office ($150 USD, Home & Student Edition) or Apple iWork ($79 USD).

OpenOffice comes with a text editor (Writer), presentation editor (Impress), spreadsheet editor (Calc), poster editor (Draw), database editor (Base), and more!

You can download OpenOffice 3.2 from OpenOffice.org. Just click "I want to download OpenOffice.org", then click "Download now!".
