Dolphin is the best Wii & Gamecube emulator around.

Downloading Dolphin
To download the latest version of Dolphin, head over to Dolphin's download page:

Note that the builds are in descending chronological order, so the newest build will be the first item on the page.
You can also download the latest version of Dolphin from macadam's latest builds.
Installing Dolphin
Once the DMG file finishes downloading, mount the disk image (see this tip to get Safari to mount DMGs automatically), all you need to do is move Dolphin to your Applications folder.
Drag Dolphin into the Applications folder to install
